Senior Scientist, Engineering

Role: Senior Engineer in Pharmaceutical Commercialization Technology focused on small molecule solid dosage process development. Objectives: advance drug product manufacturing from pilot to commercial scale, ensuring process robustness and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: plan and interpret process development studies, lead or participate in cross-functional drug product teams, apply QbD principles and process modeling, author technical documents, evaluate new technologies, and support innovation initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 6+ years, master’s with 4+ years, or PhD in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Pharmaceutical Sciences; hands-on experience with scale-up, technology transfer, and GxP practices; strong collaboration and communication skills. Preferred Skills: familiarity with cGMP, NDA/WMA CMC documentation, statistical process control, process modeling, and experience supporting supply chain activities.
