Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute formulation experiments to assess/optimize stability of key intermediates and final products.
- Establish developability profiles for candidate molecules, including route-of-administration considerations.
- Identify critical quality attributes and guide development of stability-indicating assays.
- Use high-throughput formulation tools/workflows to characterize stability across buffers, excipients, concentrations, hold times, and temperatures.
- Provide formulation guidance to research and manufacturing teams; offer product handling guidance.
- Prepare/review methods, protocols, and technical reports for regulatory submissions or technology transfer.
- Train/mentor Research Associates in process design, execution, troubleshooting, and data interpretation.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Biochemistry, Biochemical Engineering, Bioengineering, or Chemical Engineering.
- Ph.D. with β‰₯4 years biologics formulation experience OR M.S. with β‰₯9 years.
- Experience with AOCs or antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) is a plus.

Required/Preferred Skills:
- Protein formulation technology expertise (e.g., Unchained Labs Big Tuna/AMBR/Pendotech/Repligen).
- Expertise in stability and analytical assays (SEC, RP, CE-SDS, cIEF, DLS, DSF, MALS, mass spectrometry).
- Experience with high-concentration formulation challenges (e.g., viscosity mitigation, excipient screening).
- DoE experience is a plus.
- Cross-functional collaboration and strong written/verbal communication.
- Statistical/data tools (JMP, GraphPad, SigmaPlot) and therapeutic protein discovery experience are a plus.

Application instructions: Apply.
