Key Responsibilities
- Develop and apply assays and experimental strategies to enable tissue-specific delivery of oligonucleotide conjugates.
- Design, execute, and interpret in vitro and ex vivo assays to evaluate delivery efficiency and biological outcomes.
- Collaborate extensively with cross-functional partners to expand targeted delivery into new cell types and tissues.
- Transparently communicate data, conclusions, and experimental rationale to team members and leadership.
- Mentor and support the scientific development of junior scientists or research associates.
Qualifications
- PhD in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, or related field.
- 2β3 years of experience in a biopharma setting.
- Expertise in tissues/cell biology with experience working across multiple tissue types for cell/tissue-specific delivery.
- Experience in nucleic acids or antibody drug conjugates aimed at tissue-specific delivery (plus).
- Demonstrated scientific rigor, attention to detail, and data reproducibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Pay Range
- $126,400.00 - $189,600.00 base salary; eligible for annual short-term incentive (bonus/sales incentive) and annual long-term incentive (equity).
