Role: (Senior) Scientist, Computational Neuroscience at FL119, focusing on developing scalable computational pipelines for biophysical modeling of neural systems and applying machine learning to neural datasets. Responsibilities: build end-to-end modeling workflows for neurons and neural populations, implement ML and statistical inference methods, and shape the technical research roadmap collaboratively. Requirements: MSc or PhD in Computational Neuroscience, Physics, Applied Math, Computer Science, or AI/ML; 2+ years industry/postdoc experience (5+ for MSc); expertise in neural modeling and applying ML/statistics to time-series data; proficiency in Python (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas), ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow); ability to operate in high-ambiguity R&D settings.
