Role: Senior Scientist, Computational Biology in Oncology Translational Research, focused on analyzing and integrating complex multimodal omics, biomarker, and clinical data to support oncology drug development. Responsibilities: independently analyze DNA/RNA sequencing, proteomics, single-cell, and spatial transcriptomics data; identify and validate pharmacodynamic, prognostic, predictive, and resistance biomarkers; leverage AI, statistical, and machine learning approaches; collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate findings, and contribute to publications.
