Role: Senior Scientist in Computational Biology focused on oncology translational research within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division. Responsibilities involve integrating molecular, pathological, and clinical datasets to identify biomarkers for prognosis, treatment response, and resistance; supporting translational strategies through computational evidence; and collaborating with cross-functional teams including clinical, biomarker, regulatory, and data science units. Qualifications: PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field; 1-3 yearsβ industry experience; proficiency in R, Python, and high-throughput data analysis; strong knowledge of oncology biology, biomarker applications, and clinical trial concepts. Preferred: familiarity with CDISC data standards, deep learning, and clinical trial design; experience in IND/NME development and biomarker support for diagnostic and regulatory activities.
