Role: Senior Clinical Scientist supporting clinical research within Johnson & Johnson's Therapeutic area, focusing on early to late-phase development activities. Responsibilities include assisting with clinical trial protocol development, data review, and regulatory document preparation; collaborating with physicians, scientists, and cross-functional teams; supporting trial initiation, monitoring, and closeout; and contributing to scientific and compliance standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline required; advanced degrees (MS, PharmD, PhD) preferred; minimum 1 year in clinical research within pharma, biotech, or CRO. Skills: understanding of GCP, regulatory guidelines, data review, literature interpretation, and proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with clinical trial management tools and AI is advantageous. Preferred skills include data management, regulatory affairs, and scientific research. Experience with biologics or small molecules in clinical development stages (preclinical to Phase 3) and experience in multi-regional trials are desirable. Cross-functional collaboration, strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. Travel approximately 10% domestically and internationally. Work setup: based in Spring House, PA, with potential for domestic and international travel.
