Senior Scientist. Cell Therapy Process Development

Role: Senior Scientist leading CAR-T cell therapy process development with a focus on autologous manufacturing. Responsibilities include designing and optimizing lab studies for cell selection, gene modification, expansion, and cryopreservation; evaluating and implementing processing equipment; applying flow cytometry for cell characterization; analyzing process data; supporting technology transfer and regulatory documentation; mentoring junior staff; and collaborating across research, analytical, manufacturing, and quality teams.
