Senior Scientist: Bispecifics and Antibody Engineering

Role: Senior Scientist in Antibody Engineering focused on designing and characterizing next-generation multispecific antibodies targeting myeloid cell biology. Responsibilities: utilize molecular and structural biology techniques for antibody design; conduct high-throughput construct generation, purification, and biochemical and cell-based assays; troubleshoot bioanalytical data; communicate findings to stakeholders; maintain accurate records. Requirements: PhD in molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, or related field; minimum 1 year of relevant experience; hands-on experience with cloning, mammalian antibody expression, purification (AKTA systems), and protein characterization.
