Senior Scientist, Biostatistics

Role: Biostatistician supporting Late Development Statistics within the Research and Development division, providing statistical expertise for drug and vaccine projects. Responsibilities: collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and analyze clinical trials, develop protocols and analysis plans, ensure data quality, evaluate software tools, interpret results, and prepare regulatory submissions and reports. Participate in research on innovative statistical methods. Requirements: PhD or equivalent in statistics/biostatistics or Master's with 3+ years relevant experience; proficiency with SAS and/or R; strong communication skills; interest in statistical research and clinical trial applications. Preferred: understanding of disease biology and drug development processes. High-Value: focus on clinical trial design/analysis, regulatory compliance, GxP, and cross-functional collaboration in late-stage development. Work setup: hybrid model with 10% travel.
