Role: Biostatistician supporting Late Development Statistics within R&D, primarily focusing on designing and analyzing clinical trials for drugs or vaccines. Responsibilities include serving as the statistical representative in cross-functional teams, developing protocols and analysis plans, contributing to database design, and ensuring regulatory compliance in analyses and submissions. The role involves interpreting clinical data, preparing reports for internal teams and regulatory agencies, and participating in research for innovative statistical methodologies. Qualifications: PhD or equivalent in biostatistics/statistics or a Masterβs with at least 3 years relevant experience; proficiency in statistical analysis methods, experimental design, and software such as SAS and R; strong communication skills; interest in research and novel methods. Preferred: understanding of biology and drug development processes.
