Senior Scientist, Biology

Role: Senior Scientist in preclinical biopharma research focused on novel drug delivery modalities. Responsibilities include designing and executing complex in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo mouse studies; leading flow cytometry, cell sorting, microscopy, and gene-silencing experiments; supporting target validation and mechanism-of-action investigations; and contributing to biomarker discovery and translational research. The role may involve scientific leadership, mentoring, managing external collaborations, and contributing to research strategies. Qualifications: Ph.D. in Cell Biology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Pharmacology, Immunology, or related field with 6+ years (Senior) or 8+ years (Principal) of industry experience; expertise in flow cytometry, cell isolation, mouse models, siRNA, microscopy, and molecular biology techniques; strong data analysis and scientific communication skills. Preferred: experience in translational research, drug discovery, cell profiling, single-cell/spatial biology technologies, and managing CROs or external partners.
