Responsibilities: apply state-of-the-art foundation models to design proteins, antibodies, small molecules, and nucleic acids; work with experimental datasets for model training, fine-tuning, and feedback incorporation; collaborate with web lab teams and clinicians in a closed-loop AI development cycle. Requirements: PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Systems Biology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; 2+ years of experience in AI applications for biomolecule research; proficiency in languages such as Python or R; familiarity with structural biology or biochemistry is a plus; self-motivated team player.
