Senior Scientist – Biofermentation & Process Development

Role: Senior Scientist in Biofermentation & Process Development, focusing on protein expression and fermentation process optimization for pharmaceutical research. Responsibilities: develop, scale-up, troubleshoot, and optimize fed-batch fermentations in bioreactors (5-30L), design experiments, implement process improvements, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Requirements: MS or PhD in Biological Sciences/Engineering; 5+ years relevant experience with protein expression, fermentation process design, and purification; hands-on experience with mid-scale bioreactors, high-throughput expression optimization, and bioinformatics tools. Preferred: experience working in protein bioproduction for therapeutic proteins, familiarity with GMP/GxP practices, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
