Role: Senior Scientist, Bioconjugates, Downstream Processing, leading process development for antibody-based bioconjugates within Johnson & Johnson's API-Large Molecule group. Responsibilities: design and optimize laboratory and pilot-scale conjugation, chromatography, and filtration processes; establish critical process parameters; record, analyze, and report experimental data; facilitate technology transfer and collaborate cross-functionally. Requirements: PhD in Chemical Engineering, Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, with 3+ years postdoctoral or equivalent experience, or MS with 12+ years, or BS with 15+ years of relevant experience; hands-on expertise in downstream processing, antibody purification, bioconjugate production (e.g., ADC, tLNP, AOC, APC); proficiency in chromatography, filtration, conjugation; strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills; ability to manage multiple projects independently. Preferred: experience with analytical methods development, process improvements, and biopharma manufacturing standards.
