Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and lead antibody discovery campaigns using single B-cell discovery workflows.
- Identify opportunities to reduce timelines, improve throughput, and increase operational efficiency.
- Provide scientific leadership on discovery strategy, screening plans, and candidate progression across multidisciplinary teams.
- Stay current with emerging antibody-discovery and single-cell platform technologies.
- Contribute to external scientific visibility via publications, presentations, and scientific engagement.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s (7+ years), Master’s (4+ years), or Ph.D. in Biology, Biochemistry, or related discipline with relevant experience.

Required Experience and Skills
- Expertise with 10x Genomics Single Cell 5β€² V(D)J workflow for antigen-specific antibody isolation (sample prep, B-cell sorting, library generation) and/or hands-on single-cell antibody platform screening of immunized B-cell repertoires, including antigen-specific sequence recovery.
- Hands-on skills in cell culture, molecular biology, high-throughput screening, assay development, and flow cytometry.
- In vivo immunization-based antibody discovery using single B-cell screening and sequencing.
- Strong communication/collaboration; ability to manage multiple priorities with rigor and attention to detail.
- Success in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- External reputation via publications/presentations/community engagement.

Preferred
- Next-generation sequencing/data interpretation in antibody discovery (including 10x data).
- Experience managing antibody discovery campaigns.

Compensation/Benefits (if applicable)
- Salary range: $131,400.00–$206,800.00; eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive.
