Key Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and lead antibody discovery campaigns using single B-cell discovery workflows.
- Identify and implement opportunities to reduce timelines, improve throughput, and increase operational efficiency.
- Provide scientific leadership on discovery strategy, screening plans, and candidate progression; represent antibody discovery on multidisciplinary teams.
- Stay current with emerging scientific/technological advances relevant to antibody discovery and single-cell platforms.
- Contribute to external scientific visibility via publications, presentations, and scientific engagement.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s (7+ years), Master’s (4+ years), or Ph.D. in Biology, Biochemistry, or related discipline.

Required Experience & Skills:
- Strong expertise in the 10x Genomics Single Cell 5β€² V(D)J workflow for antigen-specific antibody isolation (sample prep, B-cell sorting, library generation) and/or hands-on single-cell antibody platform work to screen immunized B-cell repertoires and recover antigen-specific antibody sequences.
- Hands-on skills in cell culture, molecular biology, high-throughput screening, assay development, and flow cytometry.
- Significant hands-on antibody discovery experience with in vivo immunization-based discovery using single B-cell screening and sequencing.
- Strong communication/collaboration; manage multiple projects with rigor and attention to detail; proven success in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings.
- External reputation via publications/presentations/community engagement; champion for inclusive culture.

Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Next-generation sequencing and data interpretation in antibody discovery workflows (including 10x data).
- Experience managing antibody discovery campaigns.

Compensation/Benefits (if applicable):
- Salary range: $131,400.00–$206,800.00; annual bonus and long-term incentive (if applicable); comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, retirement (401(k)), paid holidays and time off.
