Role: Senior Scientist leading the HTS-NGS team supporting oligonucleotide platform projects, with a focus on RNA editing therapeutics. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team performing in vitro biological screening, NGS-based characterization, and assay development; designing and optimizing molecular biology and NGS workflows; leading automation and technology integration for high-throughput capabilities; and collaborating cross-functionally with Chemistry, Data Science, and Biology teams to ensure alignment with project goals. Requirements: PhD (4+ years) or MSc (12+ years) in cell/molecular biology, genomics, with industry biotech/pharma experience; hands-on expertise in cell culture (96/384-well formats) and NGS (amplicon-seq, RNA-seq) including library prep, QC, and Illumina platforms; experience with automation liquid handling systems (Viaflo, Tempest), LIMS (preferably Benchling), and QC instruments (Qubit, TapeStation). Strong communication skills and ability to lead complex projects in a dynamic environment are essential. Preferred: familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Confluence), additional experience with screening oligonucleotides.
