Role: Senior Scientist in the Simoa Technology group, focusing on developing next-generation ultrasensitive biomarker measurement systems. Responsibilities: conduct feasibility research, evaluate assay performance, collaborate on hardware and image analysis development, and transfer technologies from feasibility to full development. Requirements: PhD in biological or physical sciences; 3+ years in biomedical research or biotech industry with experience in assay, instrumentation, and biomedical product development; strong experimental design and data analysis skills; background in protein conjugation and imaging. High-Value: development of novel assay and system technologies, cross-functional collaboration with engineering and assay teams, and communication of scientific results through publications and presentations. Work setup: based in Billerica, MA, with travel as needed.
