Role: Senior Scientist 2 in Chemical Development & Manufacturing, leading clinical program support and external manufacturing collaborations within BioMarin’s Drug Substance Technologies. Responsibilities: drive CMC development for synthetic chemistry programs, oversee active project planning and execution, manage CDMO relationships, contribute to regulatory filings, and support synthetic chemistry innovation. Requirements: PhD, MSc, or BSc in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with at least 9 years in drug substance development, cGMP, and regulatory environments; excellent communication and project management skills; willingness for 20-30% travel and hybrid work.
