Senior Research Fellow, Formulation Development

Role: Senior Research Fellow, Formulation Development, leading formulation design, process development, and manufacturing for clinical-stage biopharmaceuticals. Responsibilities include developing Phase I-III formulations, process scale-up, technology transfer to CMOs, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management. The role serves as a key liaison between internal teams, external service providers, and contract manufacturers, authoring technical documents for regulatory submissions. Requirements: PhD in a relevant scientific discipline with at least 8 years, or a Master’s with at least 10 years of industry experience; expertise in physical pharmacy, biopharmaceutics, drug delivery technologies, and small molecule oral dosage forms; strong knowledge of cGMP, formulation development, and scale-up. Preferred skills include leadership, project management, and experience with regulatory filings (INDs, NDAs, etc.).
