Senior Research Associate / Senior Scientist, Pharmaceutical Development

Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support for formulation development, development stability, and drug product manufacturing process development for early and late-stage parenteral drugs.
- Conduct laboratory experiments to develop formulation and aseptic manufacturing processes; assess development stability and characterize combination products.
- Perform statistical treatment of data sets, including DOE.
- Author and/or review technical data and reports summarizing development studies and supporting regulatory submissions with scientific rigor and clear presentation.
- Author/review drug product specifications, manufacturing batch records, stability protocols/data, expiration dating, and related documents to support timely regulatory reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Analytical, Drug Product, Device, Clinical, QA, Regulatory) to develop drug products while meeting regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- BS (min 5 years), MS (min 3 years), or PhD (min 2 years) in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Bio/Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related.
- Experience with compendial and separation methods (chromatography, electrophoresis) for preformulation/formulation and development stability.
- Self-starter with skills in experimental design, data analysis (including statistics), technical presentations, and technical report authoring.
- Excellent communication; ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of FDA, ICH, ISO, USP and relevant product development guidance.
- Good technical writing skills; strong time/project management in a fast-paced environment.
- Onsite role (no remote support); 3–5 days/week laboratory work expected.
