Role: Senior Research Associate/Associate Scientist in Translational Medicine focusing on autoantibody evaluation assays for cell therapy programs targeting autoimmune diseases, notably rese-cel in multiple therapeutic areas. Responsibilities: perform molecular and immunoassays (MSD, Luminex, ELISA, dPCR) on clinical and preclinical samples; develop, qualify, validate assays; manage sample data, ensure compliance with GLP-like standards, and maintain records; support assay SOPs and lab operations; gain proficiency in cell-based assays like flow cytometry. Requirements: MS in Biology, Immunology, Engineering, or related field; 2+ years lab experience in biotech or academia; hands-on experience with molecular assays, aseptic mammalian cell culture, DNA extraction; strong organizational skills, independent work ethic, clear communication. Preferred: assay qualification experience, clinical sample handling, troubleshooting molecular assays, familiarity with qPCR/dPCR and autoantibody tests; industry experience and knowledge of GxP, GCP, ICH regulations advantageous.
