Role: Senior Research Associate in In Vivo Pharmacology supporting Stokeβs preclinical CNS programs, focusing on antisense oligonucleotide studies to restore protein expression. Responsibilities: design and execute complex rodent in vivo studies, including bolus ICV, IT, SC, IV injections, surgical procedures, PK/PD, dose-response, and behavioral assessments; maintain breeding colonies, perform tissue collection, necropsies, and data analysis; ensure accurate documentation. Requirements: B.S. with 4+ years or M.S. with 2+ years in Pharmacology, Neuroscience, or related fields; extensive experience with rodent injections, behavioral assays, tissue processing, and molecular techniques (qPCR, ELISA); proficiency in data analysis and laboratory protocols. Preferred: experience with Softmouse colony management software, serial blood sampling, and stereotaxic surgeries. High-Value: focus on CNS, haploinsufficiency diseases, antisense technology, preclinical stage, rodent models, and behavioral endpoints. Work setup: lab-based in Bedford, MA, with future relocation to Waltham, MA; approximately 5% travel.
