Responsibilities:
- Culture a variety of cell lines and primary cells to develop and optimize high-throughput cellular assays to evaluate target engagement, degradation, and pathway modulation.
- Utilize automation systems to execute cell-based screening and profiling campaigns.
- Collaborate in a matrixed environment integrating multiple functions to drive program decisions.
- Keep meticulous experimental records in an ELN.
Qualifications:
- MS or PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biology, or related field.
- Senior Research Associate II: 4–6 years of relevant industrial experience. Scientist: 1–2 years of industrial experience.
- Thorough understanding of assay principles.
- Hands-on experience developing and executing cellular assays for lead discovery and optimization. Relevant formats include NanoBRET, cellular HTRF, AlphaLISA, HiBiT, NanoBiT, and degradation kinetics.
- Experience working in a drug discovery environment (preferred).
- Experience with compound screening formats, laboratory instrumentation and automation, and data analysis/management (preferred).
