How Youโ€™ll Spend Your Day
- Collaboratively design and execute (with minimal supervision) mammalian cell culture experiments with strong scientific rationale.
- Operate and scale processes using bioreactors (ambr 250, 3L, 50L, 200L).
- Utilize statistical modeling and automation tools to drive data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate in a matrixed environment with automation, downstream, analytical, and manufacturing teams.
- Author technical reports.

Required
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Cell Biology, or related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture, media/feed development, and bioreactor operations.
- Experience utilizing automation platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical writing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and innovative environment.
