Senior Research Associate, Biology

Role: Senior Research Associate supporting discovery and development of next-generation biotherapies for serious diseases within a multidisciplinary lab team. Responsibilities: conduct molecular biology and protein engineering experiments including DNA assays, cell culture, protein expression, and purification; support lead candidate selection; collaborate across teams; maintain detailed experimental records. Requirements: Master’s in Molecular Biology or related field, or Bachelor’s with a minimum of 2 years’ lab experience; hands-on skills in plasmid cloning, PCR, DNA isolation, cell culture, and protein work; organizational abilities. Preferred: experience with tissue culture, protein purification, enzyme assays, gel electrophoresis, flow cytometry, and proficiency with scientific software like SNAPgene and GraphPad Prism. Development focus: biologics, with potential involvement in preclinical stages; in-person work at New Hampshire lab with minimal travel. The role emphasizes hands-on laboratory work supporting biopharma innovations in serious disease therapies.
