Role: Senior Research Associate in Analytical Development-Separation Sciences supporting biologics development. Objectives: independently conduct and interpret chromatographic and electrophoretic experiments for biologics such as monoclonal antibodies and therapeutic proteins to support CMC, quality control, stability, comparability, and regulatory submissions. Responsibilities: design, execute, and document experiments; troubleshoot technical issues; support method development, validation, and transfer; prepare technical reports and documentation; collaborate across departments (Process Development, QC, Regulatory, Manufacturing Sciences); and contribute to project timelines and data quality. Qualifications: associate degree with 4+ years, bachelor's with 2+ years, or master's with minimal experience in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, or related field; hands-on experience with separation-based analytical methods (e.g., SEC-HPLC, IEX-HPLC, UPLC, CE-SDS, icIEF); strong documentation and data analysis skills; understanding of biologics quality attributes. Preferred: experience with GMP environments, laboratory digital systems, and biologics attributes such as heterogeneity and stability. High-Value: biologics including monoclonal antibodies, bispecifics, therapeutic proteins; chromatography and electrophoretic technology expertise; support for CMC, regulatory, and stability data; no people management responsibility.
