Role Summary
Senior Research Associate, Analytical Development will contribute to the design, execution, and analysis of cell-based assays in support of CAR T-cell therapies. The role emphasizes independent judgment in method selection, data interpretation, and developing timelines within projects, with ongoing learning from current publications to inform project work. Collaboration across teams and internal communication are essential to advance analytical methods and achieve project objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design, execute and analyze experiments independently
- Generation, maintenance and review of electronic lab notebook reports
- Collaborate internally to interpret, interrogate and troubleshoot data as well as troubleshoot analytical methods and equipment
- Responsible for the completion of research, experiments and assignments that have an impact on functional goals
Qualifications
- Required: Minimum of 3 years' experience with cell-based assays – specifically cytokine release and cytotoxicity assays
- Required: Excellent sterile and cell culture technique working with human cells
- Required: Experience with one or more cell-based assay platforms Ella, MSD, xCelligence, Incucyte
- Required: Minimum of 1 year experience in 6+ color flow cytometry
- Required: Ability to analyze data and interpret results with minimal supervisor guidance
- Preferred: Experience with instruments MACSQuant or Lyric
- Preferred: Experience in data production and reporting for IND-enabling studies
- Preferred: Experience with CAR T cell data and analysis
- Preferred: Exposure to molecular biology protocols (i.e. VCN)

- Basic Knowledge of human immunology
Education
- Bachelor's degree in biotechnology, molecular biology, microbiology, immunology, oncology or related field
