Senior Research Associate

Role: Senior Research Associate supporting analytical development in a biopharma setting, primarily focusing on routine experiments and instrument operation. Responsibilities: perform sample preparation, operate analytical instruments (HPLC/UPLC, GC-FID, UV-Vis, pH, centrifugation), interpret and summarize data, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure documentation and data integrity. Requirements: Bachelor's in Chemistry or related field; 1+ year experience with analytical techniques, especially small and large molecule analysis, instrument operation, and data interpretation. Skills include lab safety, solution preparation, and collaboration in cross-functional teams. Preferred: experience with automation tools and workflow testing.
