Role Summary

Senior Regional Director, US Field Medical - Breast Cancer. Oversees day-to-day field medical team activities, supports national Field Medical efforts, and coordinates external collaborations and research with healthcare providers and academicians to support BeOneβ€šΓ„Γ΄s Breast Cancer portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily 1st line manager activities of the Field Medical Team and provide executive-level support for Medical Affairs leadership
  • Establish and maintain scientifically credible and compliant peer-to-peer relationships with national and regional opinion leaders and other healthcare providers
  • Facilitate and monitor strategic partnerships with scientific/clinical experts; serve as enterprise-level point of contact with guideline development groups, cooperative groups, and other national cancer institutions
  • Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on emerging clinical and scientific trends
  • Lead field team contributions to successful launch and post-launch activities, including reporting results in Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Develop and execute regional medical meetings (advisory boards, consultant and investigator meetings) as requested
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to achieve company goals
  • Identify continuous process improvement opportunities
  • Develop, track, and report on Field Medical Team goals and objectives, including performance management and employee development
  • Prepare Quarterly Focus Documents and medical affairs objectives aligned to US and Global strategies; measure and coach to successful execution
  • Support Medical Affairs budget planning and management
  • Ensure compliant business practices

Qualifications

  • PharmD, PhD, or MD preferred with 6+ years of experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals and management experience
  • Alternatively, advanced degree (nurses, NPs, PAs, or Masterβ€šΓ„Γ΄s) with 8+ years in life sciences and relevant industry/clinical research experience

Experience

  • Professional knowledge and skills in solid tumor cancer (Breast preferred)
  • Strategic leadership skills; ability to collaborate with home-office functions
  • Experience with regulatory compliance, SOP adherence, and market access dynamics preferred
  • Strong written and verbal scientific communication; proactive risk mitigation
  • Ability to lead and motivate others, foster diversity, and build cross-organizational relationships
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; capacity to manage multiple individuals in a fast-paced environment

Travel

Willingness to travel extensively (50-60% of time)

Skills

  • Proficiency with Word, Project, PowerPoint, Excel; PC and iPad literacy; MS Office
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
