Position Overview
Senior Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting across the business, partnering with hiring managers to bring exceptional talent and deliver an extraordinary candidate experience. Own end-to-end hiring lifecycle (talent identification through offer close) with strong ATS (Greenhouse) data integrity and process adherence.

Key Responsibilities
- Create the best candidate experience, from initial outreach to close
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs
- Develop sourcing and recruiting strategies to generate diverse candidate pools (current and future roles)
- Collaborate with hiring managers on recruiting strategies
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines via LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, etc.
- Research and identify prospective talent for qualified candidate pipelines for specialized roles
- Manage recruiting process with emphasis on ATS data integrity (Greenhouse)
- Determine applicant qualifications via resume review, interviews, and evaluation vs. job requirements
- Minimize time-to-fill (TTF) by acting as an “unblocker” for business and candidates
- Assist with Talent Acquisition projects and other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s + 5+ years related experience, or Master’s + 2+ years related experience
- Progressive Talent Acquisition experience; advanced knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting
- Foundational knowledge of state and federal employment-related laws
- Experienced relationship builder with candidates and hiring managers
- Critical thinking to identify problems and drive solutions
- Ability to manage client and candidate expectations
- Results-oriented with a track record of goal achievement in fast-paced environments
- High initiative; independent self-manager
- Ability to handle multiple competing tasks; sensitive/confidential information
- Strong customer service and candidate-centric mindset
- Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills; excellent written/verbal communication

Compensation
- Salary range: $101,600 - $152,400
- Equity grant; bonus eligible
