Senior Quantitative Pharmacologist

Role: Senior Quantitative Pharmacologist supporting drug development through pharmacometric analyses. Responsibilities: design, implement, and interpret PK, PD, and PK/PD studies; perform NCA, compartmental modeling, population PK, exposure-response, and translational modeling; prepare reports and support regulatory submissions; collaborate with cross-functional teams including statisticians and scientists; contribute to study design, analysis strategies, and regulatory interactions (e.g., pre-IND, End-of-Phase 2, pre-BLA). Requirements: PhD in Quantitative Pharmacology, Pharmacometrics, Engineering, or related field; 3+ years' experience; expertise in population PK/PD, exposure-response, or systems biology modeling using NONMEM, Monolix, MATLAB/Simbiology, R; strong computational skills and publication record; excellent communication skills.
