Role: Computational scientist within Regeneron's Precision Medicine Quantitative Translational Sciences, focusing on data management and analysis of biomarker and clinical trial data to support early and late-stage clinical programs. Responsibilities: analyze complex datasets including omics, EHR, imaging, and wearable sensors; develop tools and dashboards; perform data cleaning, visualization, and statistical analysis; identify data anomalies; assist in scientific reporting and presentations; develop computational workflows. Requirements: PhD or Master's with β‰₯2 years in computational biology, biostatistics, data science, or related fields; proficiency in R, Python, or MATLAB; experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, and scripting; familiarity with clinical trials and structured data; knowledge of Linux/cloud environments. Preferred: experience with systems integration, data mapping, and clinical trial processes. High-Value: biomarker analysis, early clinical trials, translational data integration, research tools development. Work setup: on-site in Tarrytown or Armonk, NY, with a 4-day weekly on-site schedule.
