Senior Quality Supervisor

Role: Supervisor of Quality overseeing analytical testing and quality assurance controls in a manufacturing environment. Objectives include managing a team, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and driving continuous process improvements. Responsibilities: lead and develop subordinates, review complex work results, manage quality systems, investigate manufacturing and material issues, and implement quality control plans supporting business needs. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering; 6+ years in quality/manufacturing, with 2+ years in leadership; experience in a regulated environment, preferably PSM chemical manufacturing. Preferred: knowledge of ISO 9001/14001, lab testing (e.g., GS-MS, HPLC), and lean practices.
