Senior Quality Management Specialist, Site Based, Princeton, NJ

Role: Senior Quality Management Specialist overseeing quality systems in research and discovery at Evotec’s Princeton site. Responsibilities: implement and maintain Good Research Practice (GRP), GLP, GCP frameworks; manage documentation, conduct internal audits, support sponsor audits, investigate quality events, monitor CAPAs, and promote a quality culture; facilitate cross-site collaboration and share quality best practices; analyze quality metrics and provide training on GxP principles. Requirements: Master’s degree or higher in Life Sciences or Quality Management, 3+ years’ experience in pharma, biotech, or CRO environments; strong knowledge of GLP and GCP, particularly for bioanalytical activities (biomarkers, LC-MS); excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills; proactive problem-solver with high attention to detail. High-Value: bioanalytical research, GLP and GCP compliance, biomarker assays, LC-MS methodologies, investigation and audit experience, cross-functional collaboration.
