Role: Senior Project Manager, ACOS, leading strategic, cross-functional initiatives to enhance AbbVie's Community of Science. Responsibilities: develop project scope, timelines, manage risks, communicate progress to management, facilitate team collaboration, ensure compliance with processes, and translate executive vision into structured roadmaps. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years or Master’s with 6+ years of related experience; experience in complex, matrix environments; strong communication skills; proven leadership and cross-functional project management experience preferred.
