Role: Senior Project Manager—Engineering & Automation in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, focusing on delivering cGMP technology and equipment projects aligned with strategic goals. Responsibilities: oversee complex automation and engineering projects, ensure resource allocation, track key performance indicators, develop dashboards, and mitigate project risks using data analytics and AI tools. Requirements: BS/BA in Science or Engineering; 10+ years in project management within pharmaceutical or biopharma manufacturing, with expertise in computerized system procurement, design, and support in GxP environments; strong knowledge of change management and data integrity principles; proficiency in project planning tools like MS Project, Azure DevOps, or Jira. Preferred: experience with design and implementation of computerized equipment for cGMP use. High-Value: extensive GxP and bioprocessing equipment knowledge, global system lifecycle application, and portfolio management experience.
