Senior Project Manager, Clinical Operations

Position Overview
- Provide project management expertise and operational support and leadership for cross-functional clinical operations activities.
- Partner with the Clinical Operations Team to develop integrated plans, understand strategy, identify critical path activities, and determine risks/mitigation plans.

Responsibilities
- Drive Clinical Operations core team operations: generate integrated project plans; identify and track key milestones/metrics; monitor budgets, invoices, and accruals.
- Provide cross-functional transparency of clinical trial progress (including CRO/partner deliverables).
- Organize internal/external meetings (agendas, minutes, presentations).
- Manage ancillary supplies for clinical trials.
- Support risk management (risk assessment, mitigation planning, audit preparation and follow-up).
- Contribute to development of clinical study plans and manuals (version tracking, team training).
- Support senior leadership in defining trial deliverables aligned to departmental/company goals.
- Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders, senior leadership, and external partners/vendors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field (required).
- 5+ years industry experience; 3+ years project management in biotech/pharmaceutical (preferred: oncology clinical trials; knowledge of ICH/GCP and related regulations).
- Strong project management experience (planning, execution/tracking, risk identification/management).
- Strong organizational/leadership, analytical/problem-solving, and communication skills (oral/written, presentation/facilitation).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, accountable environment; prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Travel 10–15%.

Compensation/Location
- Boston office; hybrid schedule (three in-office days/week). Compensation range: $176K–$206K.
