Senior Project Manager

Role: Senior Project Manager overseeing manufacturing site projects in Philadelphia for cell therapy production, reporting to the Senior Director of Operational Excellence. Responsibilities include shaping project management standards, leading complex cross-functional projects, risk mitigation, and reporting on project metrics to senior leadership. The role emphasizes process improvements, continuous improvement culture, and stakeholder engagement. Requirements: Bachelor’s in science, engineering, or related field; 10+ years industry experience with 8+ years leading multiple projects in a matrix environment; Project Management Professional certification preferred. Skills in predictive, agile, or hybrid project management; strong communication, leadership, and change management capabilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, and project management tools like Smartsheet. Preferred: manufacturing experience in biopharmaceuticals or cell and gene therapy, Lean Six Sigma certification. High-Value: experience in cell/gene therapy manufacturing, project management in biotech manufacturing, and familiarity with GxP environments. Work setup: on-site in Philadelphia; travel as needed.
