Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the GTL and Director, Project Management to support a cross-functional matrix team and manage select sub-teams.
- Develop and continuously maintain assigned portions of a fully integrated program Gantt βSingle Source of Truth,β including dependencies and executive/team summary views.
- Identify and manage interdependencies, critical path, and at-risk activities to support scenario planning and risk management.
- Maintain dashboards to communicate status and track progress.
- Manage cross-functional team meetings (scheduling, agendas, materials, minutes, and action item follow-up).
- Maintain issue logs and risks registers; ensure timely resolution and appropriate risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Finance to develop/update budgets and manage program spend within approved budget.
- Manage select external vendors (timelines, budgets, MSA/SOW) and integrate deliverables into the program Gantt.
- Support Governance and Executive presentations.
- Support planning and preparation of documents for Regulatory/Health Authority submissions.
- Contribute to establishment/refinement of best practices, processes, and procedures.
Qualifications
- BS plus 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech R&D; 3+ years as a PM or equivalent.
- Expertise in drug development/registration across early/late-stage clinical, nonclinical, CMC, and regulatory interactions/submissions/reviews globally.
- Proactive, detail-oriented self-starter with strong communication, collaboration, and influence without formal authority.
- Strong analytical skills; facilitates team decision-making and applies decision analysis methodologies/tools.
- Expert in project management principles/practices; PMP highly desired; expert in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet).

- Annual base salary range: $185,000β$200,000; discretionary annual bonus; 401(k); medical/dental/vision/life insurance; paid time off; health & wellness program.
