Shift Available:
- Monday - Friday, Hybrid Day Shift, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams to support Cell Therapy.
- Author project charters (timelines, budget needs) with project team/SMEs/stakeholders.
- Define, secure, and communicate resource plans.
- Define and manage detailed project schedules; communicate progress, risks, and issues.
- Understand interdependencies between business and technology delivery schedules and operational needs.
- Manage risks and issues, including mitigation planning and escalation.
- Solve problems creatively and analytically; demonstrate teamwork and innovation.
- Develop/deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, presentations, and risk assessments.
- Lead process improvements within the PPM team to mature project management processes/tools/methodologies.
- Manage multiple medium-to-high complexity cross-functional process improvement and/or Technical Commercialization projects.
- Lead development of integrated timelines aligned to Global Project timelines.
- Ensure adherence to project budgets; propose capital appropriation requests where applicable.
- Plan governance milestone reviews for endorsed recommendations.
- Promote collaboration, execution excellence, effective communication, and cross-functional problem-solving.

Knowledge & Skills / Required & Preferred:
- Excellent organizational/time management and written/verbal communication.
- Competency in project management processes: planning, resource planning/allocation, risk/issue management.
- Experience leading large projects/programs (e.g., ERP/IT system rollouts).
- SDLC experience; Agile/SCRUM; SDLC/Waterfall preferred.
- Leadership/diplomacy; independent and cooperative issue resolution.
- Executive presence; deliver executive presentations; drive decisions.
- Self-motivated; adaptable to change and competing demands.
- Project management certification/desig­nation desired.
- Tools: Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project (or similar).
- Strong analytical/problem-solving/critical thinking.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business, Engineering, or Science-related).
- 8+ years project management in a manufacturing GMP environment (non-IT PM role).
- 5+ years SDLC (including Agile/SCRUM).
- 5+ years using Microsoft Project.
- 5+ years data analysis and visualization.
