Senior Project Engineer, CMO Support

Role: Project Engineer supporting biopharmaceutical process and utility equipment at Regeneron's Troy, NY facility. Objectives: design, specify, commission, and support process equipment and systems in cGMP manufacturing environments. Responsibilities: manage small-to-mid projects, review engineering documentation, lead equipment design review, develop process flow diagrams, supervise contractors, procure equipment, and support validation efforts; investigate process anomalies and implement corrective actions. Requirements: Bachelor's in Chemical, Biochemical, or relevant Engineering; 5+ years in project/process engineering, preferably with biopharma process equipment; strong knowledge of process control systems, automation, and GMP standards; experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration. Preferred: direct biopharma process equipment experience. High-Value: biologics manufacturing, process development, utility systems, validation support, cGMP compliance. Collaboration: work with QA/Validation, contractors, and suppliers. Work Setup: on-site in Troy, NY, Monday-Friday, with up to 25% domestic/international travel. Physical requirements include cleanroom gowning.
