Senior Project Engineer

Discover Your Role
- Design and specify cGMP process equipment, piping, and controls (including engineering documentation).
- Manage mid-to-large projects for process equipment and clean utilities (start-up, commissioning, site acceptance).
- Lead design review and installation of equipment.
- Prepare P&IDs and develop Process Flow Diagrams.
- Support QA/Validation with design documents and protocol execution.
- Investigate process equipment, utility, and control system anomalies; implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Supervise mechanical, electrical, and automation contractors.

This Role Requires
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
- 5+ years project/process engineering experience (Senior) or 8+ years (Principal).
- Direct experience with biopharmaceutical process equipment (preferred).
- Solid understanding of process control systems and automation.
- Knowledge of engineering documentation for cGMP process and sanitary equipment.
- Experience planning and tracking project activities and schedules.
- Strong interpersonal/cross-cultural communication; ability to lead without direct authority.
- Full cleanroom attire; ability to remove jewelry/makeup/nail adornments when in cleanroom attire.
