It requires influencing stakeholders within a global matrix, facilitating alignment, and driving execution discipline. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or related field; extensive experience in program management within regulated healthcare or medical device environments; proven ability to lead multi-site, multi-disciplinary initiatives; strong operational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees (MBA, MSc), certifications (PMP, Lean, Six Sigma), and experience with ultrasound, imaging systems, or enterprise transformation methodologies. The position is based in the U.S. (preferred) or Europe, with potential travel to support global program execution and stakeholder engagement. The role emphasizes strategic, technical, and operational leadership to enhance product development, manufacturing, and clinical confidence in ultrasound probes.
