Senior Program Manager, Architecture & Automation Deployment

Role: Senior Program Manager leading deployment of engineering tools, automation, and AI in R&D. Objectives: facilitate adoption of new capabilities across engineering teams, coordinate automation initiatives, and manage cross-divisional programs. Responsibilities: conduct voice-of-customer research to identify impactful tools, oversee end-to-end deployment and scaling, and build governance for automation projects, including collaboration with the China Innovation Center. Requirements: 10+ years in program/project management within hardware or instrument R&D; systems engineering experience or background preferred; proven success in tool rollouts, digital transformation, and automation initiatives; experience managing global, multi-site programs. High-Value: expertise in hardware R&D environments, cross-functional stakeholder influence, experience with engineering workflows, and AI/automation deployment; travel ~25%.
