Primary objectives include understanding engineering needs, executing deployment programs, and ensuring adoption of new capabilities. Responsibilities encompass conducting voice-of-customer research, developing deployment strategies, managing cross-divisional automation initiatives, and coordinating with the China Innovation Center. The role involves building program plans, governance, and reporting to align teams and stakeholders, including senior leadership, across global sites.
Qualifications: 10+ years in program/project management within hardware/Instrument R&D, with experience deploying tools, processes, or capabilities across engineering teams. A systems engineering background or hands-on experience with systems workflows is highly preferred. Proven expertise in stakeholder research, digital transformation, and automation initiatives is advantageous.
