Senior Program Management Director (Biotechnology)

Role: Senior Program Management Director overseeing multiple complex drug development programs from Discovery through Phase 3, CMC, NDA/BLA filings, and post-approval activities. Responsibilities: develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies; ensure cross-functional alignment; lead process improvements; communicate with executive leadership; and oversee resource and budget tracking. Qualifications: BS/BA in STEM with 15+ years, MS/MA with 13+ years, or PhD with 12+ years relevant experience; extensive experience managing cross-functional teams in biotech/pharma, ideally in oncology or immunology; deep understanding of the full drug development lifecycle, including CMC and regulatory filings; proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Planisware). Preferred: experience with biologics or small molecules, alliance management, or working with corporate partners. High-Value: strategic leadership in late-stage clinical programs, CMC, NDA/BLA processes. Collaboration: works closely with senior cross-functional teams and communicates regularly with executive leadership.
