Key Objectives/Deliverables:
- Project Management: Lead and manage teams to deliver large capital asset programs of $1BN USD+; safely achieve project objectives from front-end planning (conceptual design) through operational qualification (โ€œcradle to graveโ€) with safety, cost, schedule, and quality.
- Interface/Communication: Lead remotely from a regional distance; maintain effective communication with leadership, project team, governance teams, business partners, and stakeholders; facilitate issue resolution and manage scope changes.
- Compliance: Use a disciplined, structured project management approach aligned with Company Policies and Procedures.
- Safety/Environment: Develop and maintain safety and environmental execution plans; ensure compliance from conceptual design through operational verification.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a technical related field (e.g., project management).
- 15+ yearsโ€™ capital project delivery experience in industrial/manufacturing facilities (preferably leading multiple projects >$100MM).
- Experience managing greenfield projects.
- Willingness to relocate and/or travel outside home state/country.

Additional Preferences:
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience (e.g., Bulk API, sterile products, secondary packaging, devices).
- Experience with GMP manufacturing, LEAN, automation, construction, construction quality, project controls, engineering disciplines, safety, and scheduling.
- Influence/leadership through people; judgment; work from long distances with little supervision.
- Strong written/verbal communication; influence without administrative responsibility.
- Foreign language competency; PE (or equivalent); PMP.
- Experience working/living outside the U.S.; continuous improvement/agent for change.

Additional Information:
- International travel likely (~15%โ€“30%), may include weekends and multi-week stays.
- Full relocation to the project location later, with onsite presence required.
