Senior Program Director - Virginia - GFD

Role: Lead large-scale capital project delivery within Lilly's Global Facilities Delivery organization, focusing on medical innovation assets such as pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities: manage projects exceeding $1BN, from conceptual design through operational qualification, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule adherence; lead cross-functional teams across regions; communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders; ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and environmental standards. Requirements: Bachelor's in Engineering or related technical field; 15+ years in industrial or manufacturing project delivery, with experience managing multi-hundred-million-dollar projects and greenfield site developments; willingness to travel internationally and relocate as needed. Preferred: pharmaceutical manufacturing experience in GMP environments, expertise in sterile products, API, or lab facilities; certifications such as PE or PMP; fluency in additional languages; experience working outside the U.S.; familiarity with GMP, LEAN, automation, safety, and project controls.
